Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Oni Puni Collectibles! We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on how we handle orders and shipments.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
  • We do our best to ensure prompt shipping, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, postal delays, or other factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the shipping option selected.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the package leaves our warehouse, delivery times are dependent on the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can use the tracking number provided to follow your package’s journey and get updates on its delivery status.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

  • USPS can deliver to P.O. Box addresses, so we do accept orders to P.O. Boxes.

Order Issues

  • If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, please contact us at contact.onipuni@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged packaging and product to contact.onipuni@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to certain restricted locations. If your delivery address is in an area we cannot ship to, you will be notified during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
